CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

The Vintage 15, LLC

SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Vintage 15 LLC is an entertainment company representing various commercial bands for public and private events across Texas. We are looking for a client relations manager to handle incoming sales leads, booking logistics & event coordination, lite promotion and marketing, as well as day-of-event client relations. Ideal candidates have sales and booking experience in the professional events or commercial music areas and may themselves be a professional freelance musician.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cradle-to-grave client relations starting from first contact.

• Identifying and researching opportunities for strategic revenue growth.

• Cold-calling and networking lead lists to identify new opportunities.

• Active management and communication of the sales pipeline.

• Acquisition and retention of strategic client/event coordinator accounts.

• Assistance in creating sales messaging and marketing collateral, including social media marketing.

• Travel to meet with potential clients and event coordinators.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• US citizenship or permanent residency required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in commercial music business field or event planning.

• BA or higher in Music

COMPENSATION:

Salary negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.

APPOINTMENT STATUS:

Part-Time (20 hours/week)

PROPOSED STARTING DATE:

March 1, 2014
